If you are looking for a change in your career and are interested in learning who we are, we are seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join our team with room to grow into a management role. This is an In-Home (Remote/Virtual) Insurance Broker position. We have a streamlined lead generation system, so there is no cold calling involved. The system puts you in front of qualified buyers who have a need and have asked for the product. The sales agent will call our clients, set appointments, and virtually meet with them for about 30 minutes and help them pick out the best insurance plan that fits their needs and budget. Some of our agents start on a part-time basis and gradually move to full-time. This is for sales professionals who are self-disciplined and ready to work - the grind is real. If you need a boss, a time clock or someone standing over your shoulder - this is not the role for you. Responsibilities: Contact potential clients that have requested coverage Shop around with the top A-rated insurance companies to find the best fit Present and help clients pick out the best plan for them and fill out the application Be a team player and participate Attend remote training throughout the week Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Familiarity with CRM platforms Ability to build rapport with clients Deadline and detail-oriented Excellent work ethic and high level of integrity We are looking for someone who is ambitious, self-driven, coachable, passionate about helping others and has a deep desire to achieve greater things in their life.
