Blue Sheep Bake Shop is a specialty bakery featuring custom cakes as well as full retail front end. Our retail location is on Division Street in Somerville, NJ and it's here you'll find 12 flavors of gourmet cupcakes, 12 flavors of French macarons, 15 flavors of ice cream, as well as 8 varieties of specialty cookies, brownies, dessert bars, & much more! We make all of our confections in-house. Our custom portfolio includes cakes, ice cream cakes, cupcakes, decorated cookies, and macarons. Check out our website and Instagram to view our work.

Our production kitchen is located in Bound Brook NJ and is a fully renovated 2,000 square foot kitchen with double decker ovens, Hobart mixers, 3d printers, DTF printers, & more. We believe in technology and we believe in staff members having the tools they need to do their jobs in the most efficient manner possible.
