We're seeking a compassionate, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our Carlsbad team. If you enjoy helping people understand their treatment options, navigating financial solutions, and creating a positive patient experience, we'd love to meet you.

As a Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping patients move confidently from diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You'll serve as a trusted guide, clearly communicating treatment recommendations, financial options, and next steps while ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish.

• Present treatment plans and explain recommended care in a clear, supportive manner
• Discuss treatment costs, insurance benefits, and financing options
• Help patients make informed decisions about their oral health
• Coordinate appointments and treatment schedules
• Build strong relationships with patients through excellent customer service
• Collaborate with doctors and clinical teams to support seamless patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• 1–2 years of front office experience in a healthcare, medical, or dental setting
• Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to discuss financial arrangements professionally and confidently

• Previous experience presenting treatment plans and discussing treatment costs
• Denticon or QSI experience
• Bilingual skills
