Daily Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient treatment plans and appointments
• Verify insurance coverage and process claims
• Provide financial arrangements and billing support
• Utilize dental software such as Dentrix and Denticon
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of dental terminology
• Experience in treatment planning and practice management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange and QSI
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in oral surgery and orthodontics
• Knowledge of insurance verification and long-term disability
• Previous experience in scheduling appointments and surgery coordination

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $54,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $62,000.00
