New Alternatives is seeking a qualified, motivated individual to join our team. New Alternatives works with children and youth who have experienced child abuse. The applicant will gain experience working at two of our locations: support youth at our Costa Mesa campus- a residential treatment setting and at our Santa Ana campus working with families who are working toward reunification. You will learn the skills necessary for de-escalation, emotional support, and behavioral support with clients at a high level of care.
This position works with children who are survivors of childhood abuse. New Alternatives is a Trauma Informed Care facility who believes in putting an end to the generational cycle of abuse.
This position will be working at 2 locations for the following shifts:
Friday- Costa Mesa 7am-3pm
Saturday- Santa Ana 9-5:30pm
Sunday - Santa Ana 9-5:30pm
Monday- Costa Mesa 7am-3pm
Tuesday - Costa Mesa 7am-3pm
Required Requirements: BA Degree & Spanish Speaking
