Seeking Florida-barred attorney in the Jacksonville/Duval County area to serve as counsel of record for a corporation in an active state court case. Corporation cannot appear pro se and needs licensed counsel on the record. The case is already underway.

Scope: Review and proofread client-drafted filings for compliance with Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and Duval County local rules, file with the court, and make appearances if needed. Must be familiar with local court rules and filing procedures. Client handles all substantive drafting, strategy, and case management.

Case mainly involves a contract dispute and fraud against a federal contractor.
