Locums - Medical Oncologist Minneapolis, MN (IMLC Accepted) Availability

- Minimum 2 years
- Required experience:
- Inpatient malignant medical oncology
- Full range of hematology consults
- Minneapolis, Minnesota
- Acute Care Hospital (Trauma Level III/IV)
- Setting: Inpatient (primary) with optional outpatient coverage
- Patient Volume: 20-25 patients per day
- Procedures: Malignant and benign oncology
- Responsibilities:
- Lead medical oncology team
- Supervise Advanced Practice Providers
- Manage inpatient care and new consults
- Inpatient: 8-10 hour days
- Call: One week at a time (Monday 8am to following Monday 8am)
- Overnight call: From home, medical oncology only
- Outpatient (if needed): 8am-5pm, no call requirement
- 1 APP (Monday-Friday)
- 1 APP (weekends)
- Nurse triage and hospitalist support available
- Minimal call volume
- Inpatient: Same-day documentation required
- Outpatient: Same-day preferred (up to 3 days max)
- Epic (Required)
