2. State License(s) / IMLC Req d?: yes (cannot credential without license in hand)
3. Certifications Req d?: BLS/ACLS, Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
4. Specific Skills Req d?: None outside of normal scope of practice of a Hospitalist
5. CSR Req d?:
6. DEA Req d?: Yes
7. Minimum Experience Req d: No, but prefer experienced hospitalist
8. Are vaccines mandatory?: Yes
9. Additional requirements/details to screen for?: Must have NCMB license and DEA in-hand to submit application for privileges
