A hospital is seeking Board Certified Urologists for ongoing locum coverage in Longview, Washington.

Compensation:

$285/hr

Schedule:
Clinic hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
1 OR day per week
7 days of unrestricted 24-hour call per month
Schedule Structure
When Covering Call
3 clinic days per week
1 OR day
Simultaneous weekly call coverage
Adjusted clinic schedule intended to support physician rest and safety
When Not Covering Call
Approximately 4 clinic days per week
1 OR day
No call responsibilities that week
Practice Setting
Combination inpatient and outpatient practice
Hospital and clinic privileges required
Clinic located approximately 1 mile from hospital

Clinical Responsibilities
General urology clinic and OR coverage
Diagnose and treat:
Erectile dysfunction
Kidney stones
Male incontinence
Cystoscopies
Surgical assisting
Standard urology procedures in clinic and OR setting
Patient Population
Adolescents through geriatrics
Average of 18 patients per day
Requirements
Board Certified in Urology
Active Washington license required at presentation
No IMLC accepted at this time
Washington CSR required
ACLS and BLS required
Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
Epic experience required
Must provide case logs from previous 24 months:
Minimum 100 procedures
Must include diagnosis/procedure, date, and facility performed
Additional Information
Providers may work independently/solo
Facility pursuing expedited or urgent credentialing
All orientation hours billable
EMR: Epic
Trauma Level III/IV facility
