HVAC and Boiler House Manager

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for an HVAC and Boiler House Manager position at Mercy Buffalo Hospital. This positoin will manage 9 union stationary Engineers. Responsible for managing the maintenance and preventative maintenance of HVAC, high pressure steam boilers, chillers, air handlers and cooling towers. Utilizes a CMMS to delegate and prioritize work orders. Manages fire, life safty and generator testing. Candidates must have experience with high pressure steam boilers - 100 lbs. of steam pressure and leadership experience, either as a Chief Engineer, supervisor or manager. High Pressure Black Seal License preferred.
