Job Summary:
Support facilities operations by overseeing maintenance and central plant systems. Lead team activities and ensure safe reliable operation of building systems in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily maintenance operations and staff coordination
• Inspect and monitor boilers chilled water systems and related equipment
• Evaluate system performance and identify maintenance needs
• Adjust and maintain building automation systems
• Respond to system alarms and equipment issues
• Monitor generators pumps and central plant equipment
• Support medical gas systems and related equipment
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and vendor work
• Inspect completed work and support project activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related experience
• Strong knowledge of building systems and plant operations
• Experience with central plant equipment and BAS systems
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience leading and training staff
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred:

• Stationary Engineer license preferred
• Refrigeration license preferred
• Ability to obtain required certifications

Salary:

• $150,000 - $160,000 annually
