What You’ll Do

• Assist the doctor chairside during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare and break down operatories efficiently between patients
• Take high-quality digital radiographs
• Support clinical flow to ensure an organized and on-time schedule
• Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols
• Sterilize instruments and manage instrument flow effectively
• Prepare instruments, materials, and trays ahead of procedures
• Enter and maintain accurate clinical documentation in Dentrix Ascend
• Support patient comfort and provide clear, professional communication
• Assist with room turnover and overall clinical organization

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of dental assisting experience (required)
• Strong chairside assisting skills across general procedures
• Experience with digital radiography (pano experience preferred)
• Knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols (OSHA compliant)
• Highly organized with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Dentrix Ascend experience strongly preferred
