Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, professional Lead Server to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position, has a passion for hospitality, and is committed to creating memorable experiences for our members and guests. As Lead Server, you will guide the front-of-house service team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support servers during service, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Train, mentor, and onboard new service staff.
• Deliver attentive, personalized service to members and guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless dining experiences.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Assist management with scheduling and service floor planning.
• Uphold and model the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of server experience in a fine dining, private club, or upscale hospitality environment.
• Previous leadership or trainer experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
