Coverage contains 3 hospitals (FTMC, Bellevue, Firelands) along with 3 office locations
Support from NP or PA
EMR's: FTMC & Clinic = Cerner whereas Bellevue / Firelands & Clinics are Meditech
Excellent support staff with your own scribe to maximize efficiency and productivity
Salary guarantee plus RVU production bonus negotiable

Competitive compensation and benefits package
Base compensation will be $700,000 annually
$35,000 sign on bonus
Loan forgiveness of $20,000 per year up to $100,000 or 5 years
Quality incentive of $10,000 annually
6 weeks or 240 hours of PTO
5 days of CME annually with a $4,500 annual CME allowance
Three-year agreement with a 120-day out by either party
MMH will pay for malpractice coverage, including tail
