Hospitals and Locations:

Fisher Titus (3971): Norwalk, OH

• Full time

• Hospital employed

• Flexible scheduling

• Cover call, clinical and med surge

• Call schedule is only Q3 right now

• New outpatient procedure center with Da Vinci robot if physician wishes to do them at 1 site

• About 25 patients a day

• About 10-20 surgeries per week

• Stable practice that includes 4 urologists and 3 APPS

• Largest employed group between Toledo and Cleveland

• Coverage contains 3 hospitals (FTMC, Bellevue, Firelands) along with 3 office locations

• Support from NP or PA

• EMR's: FTMC & Clinic = Cerner whereas Bellevue / Firelands & Clinics are Meditech

• Excellent support staff with your own scribe to maximize efficiency and productivity

• Salary guarantee plus RVU production bonus negotiable

• Total Compensation is competitive to market and experience

Margaret Mary Health (3984): Batesville, IN

• Full time

• Hospital employed

• 40-hour work week

• Call requirements limited to after-hours phone calls only, with no requirement to physically come into the hospital

• Call schedule to be mutually agreed upon but is certainly not 24 x 7 or expected to negatively impact quality of life

• 2 provider practice

• 460 surgical cases per year

• 20 patients a day

• Cerner EMR

• 24 Six Pine Ranch Road at our outpatient and Oncology Center, new hospital opening June 2026

• Competitive compensation and benefits package

  • Base compensation will be $700,000 annually

  • $35,000 sign on bonus

  • Loan forgiveness of $20,000 per year up to $100,000 or 5 years

  • Quality incentive of $10,000 annually

  • 6 weeks or 240 hours of PTO

  • 5 days of CME annually with a $4,500 annual CME allowance

  • Three-year agreement with a 120-day out by either party

  • MMH will pay for malpractice coverage, including tail

  • Participation in MMH Health Plan with covered premiums

Marion Health (3990): Marion, IN

• Full time

• Must be BC/BE

• Two state-of-the-art locations:

  • MGH Campus

  • Marion Health East

• Electronic Medical Records: Meditech (Reviewing new options)

• Teaching opportunities with

  • Medical Students from Marian University

  • Family Medicine Residents from Marion Health Family Medicine Residency Program

• Da Vinci V Robotics

• Competitive Salary: 3- or 5-year agreement with competitive salary and quarterly work RVU incentive

• Signing Bonus and Annual Commitment Payment starting year two

• Paid On-Call Duties: 10 days or less per month
