The facility operates as an outpatient rheumatology practice providing specialized care for patients with rheumatic and autoimmune conditions. The rheumatologist will provide comprehensive outpatient rheumatology care for adult patients, managing 14-18 patients daily with a target of 2 new patients per day. The position operates Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, requiring call coverage for both outpatient and inpatient needs during the two-week assignment periods. Responsibilities include conducting thorough rheumatologic evaluations, developing treatment plans, overseeing infusion room operations including signing off on orders, and managing follow-up care for established patients with various rheumatologic conditions.

• Case Load/PPD: 14-18 patients daily including 2 new patients
• Support Staff: Nursing staff, medical assistants, and administrative support

• Call Ratio/Schedule: Call would be for the 2 weeks while here, that includes outpatient call and inpatient call.
