WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Think of yourself as part coach, part mentor, and part print whisperer!

• Train and develop press operators on flexographic printing presses (from “what does this button do?” to “I’ve got this!”)at two of our facilities
• Lead hands-on training sessions—yes, you’ll be right there on the floor, sleeves rolled up
• Turn complex processes into easy-to-understand, repeatable steps
• Help troubleshoot print issues and teach others how to prevent them
• Create simple training guides, cheat sheets, and best practices
• Champion safety, quality, and efficiency like it’s your personal brand
• Celebrate wins—because nothing beats a perfectly printed run

WHAT YOU BRING

You know your way around a Nilpeter or Gallus – and you truly enjoy helping others learn!

• Experience operating flexographic printing presses (bonus points if you’ve trained others before)
• A natural ability to explain things without making people feel… well, clueless
• Patience, humor, and a “no question is a dumb question” attitude
• Strong troubleshooting skills (you’re basically the calm in the chaos)
• Passion for quality and continuous improvement
• Willingness to travel to our two facilities in the upper Midwest that operate flexographic printing presses
