We are seeking a highly motivated Flexographic Printing Press Operator to help us achieve our growth objectives and take us to the next level.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain flexographic printing press equipment
• Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
• Perform routine maintenance on press equipment
• Follow job specifications to produce high-quality labels
• Ensure production deadlines are met

Required Skills:

• Experience in flexographic printing press operations
• Ability to troubleshoot printing issues and perform maintenance tasks
• Knowledge of various printing techniques and technologies
• Strong attention to detail and quality control

Shifts Available:

• Monday-Wednesday, 5am-5:15pm
• Thursday-Saturday, 5am-5:15pm 

***Schedules offer 36.75 hours per week with OT available (paid after 40 hours)***

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive wage range of $32 to $38 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes short-term disability, long-term disability, paid time off, holiday pay, health & wellness programs, tuition reimbursement, and more.
