Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in high-volume outpatient clinic settings preferred, including caseloads of roughly 1820 patients per day.
- Comfort using productivity expectations of approximately 1.82.2 patients per hour.
- Willingness to work varied schedules including weekday shifts, possible rotating Saturdays, and potential 4x10 schedules.
- Strong candidates often come from outpatient organizations such as Sportscare, JAG Physical Therapy, Twinborough, Professional Physical Therapy, Concentra, or Ivy Rehab.
