Field Training Manager

The Perma-Seal Field Training Manager is a training & development specialist responsible for developing, delivering, and managing comprehensive sales training programs across the Perma-Seal Basement Systems sales and service enterprise. This role ensures all Outside Sales Consultants, Inside Sales Representatives, Customer Care Center team members, and Preventative Maintenance Technicians (PMTs) are fully equipped with the product knowledge, sales strategies, service standards, and operational skills needed to succeed. The Perma-Seal Training Manager also leads 5-6 annual onboarding, training and ongoing development classes of newly hired Outside Sales Consultants (OSC), Sales Managers (SMs) and Preventative Maintenance Technicians (PMTs) to the Perma-Seal Tribe. This requires overseeing the creation and upkeep of all pertinent training materials and resources to meet the needs of Perma-Seal's 7X7WAYS & Profectus® Sales Platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in training, sales enablement, or learning & development (preferably in construction, home improvement, or service industries)
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
• Experience creating training content, manuals, and structured onboarding programs

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into actionable training
• Adaptability and problem-solving in fast-paced environments
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing others
