Midwest Elite Exteriors LLC is a growing commercial and residential roofing, siding, and exterior services company seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our team. We are looking for driven individuals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping homeowners and businesses restore and improve their properties.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and property managers to assess exterior repair or replacement needs

• Work directly with homeowners through the insurance claims process

• Provide estimates and explain roofing, siding, and exterior solutions

• Conduct property inspections, job walks, and client consultations

• Maintain strong client relationships and manage projects from start to finish

Qualifications

• Sales experience required

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented

• Valid driver’s license with good driving record

Compensation & Benefits

• Weekly draw up to $1,000

• 50% commission on profit 

• Company truck provided
