Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team and help support a growing companion animal caseload. The clinic is looking for a compassionate veterinarian who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine while building strong relationships with clients and their pets. Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday and Wednesday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Tuesday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Thursday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. The position offers flexibility for full-time or part-time schedules, supporting a balanced working routine.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive veterinary care including performing physical examinations, diagnosing medical conditions, and developing treatment plans. Responsibilities include treating and dressing wounds, performing surgical procedures, testing and vaccinating against diseases, operating diagnostic equipment such as X-ray machines, prescribing medications, and advising pet owners on treatment options and preventative care. The role also involves collaborating closely with fellow veterinarians and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with mentorship available for those early in their careers.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
