Medical Director Veterinarian

Introduction
Our client is a small animal hospital seeking an associate veterinarian to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a modern, well-equipped facility, providing comprehensive veterinary care to the community.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm, with Sunday closed. The ideal schedule for this full-time position would be four weekdays with rotating Saturdays. Specific doctor hours are open to discussion.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role involves full GP responsibilities, and the position is suited to an experienced veterinarian.

Practice Details
This state-of-the-art hospital is equipped with digital radiography and dental radiography, ultrasound, a fully equipped surgical suite, and an in-house IDEXX lab. As a full-service hospital, it offers surgery, dentistry, wellness and sick care, and preventative care.

Team
The hospital's team consists of 2 DVMs, with each veterinarian supported by 2-3 knowledgeable technicians.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
