• The clinical team you will join is highly experienced and ultra-collaborative. Drs. Tapscott (Florida ’90), Bartlett (Ross ’15), Povilauskas (Glasgow ’17), & Zarnoch (Cornell ’22) are supported by 13 technicians with 105 years’ experience and 4 CSRs with 28 years’ experience.

ABOUT THE PRACTICE

Best Pets Veterinary Hospital is an AAHA certified, fear-free practicing, well-managed, full service, small animal hospital 20 minutes from Boston in Tewksbury, MA. Best Pets has a very high financial performance allowing for high earnings for all employees. Our practice philosophy focuses on exceptional patient care and does not dictate practice protocol.  We have in-house orthopedic surgeon and boarded cardiologist support.  Future option possible to buy into the business with Equity Ownership.

PAY DETAILS

Base Salary $140-160K

+ Production of $50-$100K

+ Sign-On/Retention Bonus of $30,000

JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS

• Flexible schedule of 3 or 4 days/week until afternoon or closing and 1 of 4 Saturdays until 1pm. 
• Preference of two+ years’ experience at a small animal practice, though will also consider new graduates.
• Looking for individuals with good/expanding surgery skills, excellent bedside manners, deep love of animals and a strongly positive team collaborator.
• Preference for doctors skilled in general medicine, routine surgery, and interest in dentistry a plus.
• Committed to working in our local vicinity.
