Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will play a key role in delivering comprehensive veterinary care that includes preventative medicine, wellness, diagnostics, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, spay and neuter procedures, and exotic pet care. The practice supports both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, offering access to an internal medicine specialist for case consultations as well as structured mentorship when needed. The hospital encourages clinical curiosity and autonomy, allowing doctors to tailor their caseloads to their interests, including exotics, if desired. You will have the freedom to practice high-quality medicine in an environment that places equal emphasis on medical excellence, communication, and the long-term wellbeing of both patients and their families.

You will join a practice currently led by one dedicated DVM and a highly supportive team of client care and clinical staff who work closely together to deliver seamless care. The culture is warm, collaborative, and deeply invested in forming lasting bonds with pets and their families. As the team expands, you will play an integral role in shaping the practice's medical approach and fostering a positive, growth-oriented environment.
