Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their veterinary team providing care for companion animals. The hospital focuses on delivering high-quality veterinary medicine with full clinical autonomy while maintaining a collaborative team environment. This opportunity is suited to an experienced veterinarian who is passionate about patient care and building strong client relationships.

Working Hours / Rota
The role offers full-time or part-time flexibility. Hospital hours are Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the hospital closed on Sundays.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive veterinary care including wellness exams, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care services. Responsibilities include examining patients, diagnosing medical conditions, developing treatment plans, performing procedures such as spays, neuters, and general surgery, and communicating clearly with clients regarding preventative care and treatment plans. The role also involves collaborating with the veterinary and support teams to ensure high standards of patient care and maintaining strong client relationships. This position is open to experienced veterinarians.

Practice Details
The hospital provides a wide range of veterinary services including primary care, behavioral consultations, dermatology, diagnostics, euthanasia, kitten care, microchipping, nutritional counseling, oncology diagnostics, oral health, prescription management, puppy care, senior pet care, spaying and neutering, surgery, travel documentation, vaccinations, wellness exams, and urgent care services. The practice focuses on delivering high-quality veterinary medicine with veterinarians maintaining autonomy in their clinical approach.

Team
The hospital has 2 DVMs and a great tenured support team, creating a collaborative environment where veterinarians and staff work closely together to deliver high-quality patient care.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
