Daily Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive eye exams to assess and diagnose patients' vision needs
• Conduct pre-testing procedures
• Provide contact lens fittings and prescriptions
• Collaborate with Ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Required Skills:

• Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution
• Experience in conducting eye exams and diagnosing ocular diseases
• Proficiency in visual field testing, refraction, and prescription dispensing
• Knowledge of optical coherence tomography and other advanced diagnostic tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate patients on eye care

Cohen's Fashion Optical is an optical retailer headquartered in New York City featuring fashion products such as eyeglasses, frames and sunglasses, lenses, contact lenses, and accessories. Professional eye exams are usually available with on-site Doctors of Optometry.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range, Fridays $600 per day (7 hours), Saturdays $650 per day (7hours).  Additional compensation for Medical Examinations and other non-routine procedures.
