CFO

A growing industrial organization is seeking a strategic, hands-on CFO to lead financial operations, drive project profitability, and support scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, forecasting, and budgeting
• Oversee accounting, payroll, and finance team
• Drive job costing, WIP reporting, and cost control
• Oversee cash flow, banking, and bonding relationships
• Ensure GAAP compliance, audits, and risk management
• Improve financial systems and reporting

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of financial leadership at the CFO level in companies greater than $100M revenue
• Strong experience with job costing and WIP reporting
• Proven leadership of accounting/finance teams
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance required; CPA/MBA preferred
