Salary: $3,151.02 - $3,351.02 /wk
Join our skilled team of imaging professionals as an Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist. You will perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures, operate and maintain imaging equipment, monitor patients during procedures, and ensure quality assurance of imaging and film processing.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hospital experience. This includes prior work in angiography, special procedures, or interventional radiology units.
- Technologist with Neuro IR experience is required. Candidates without Neuro IR experience will not be considered.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
- Graduate of an AMA-approved accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- BLS certification.
- Current state radiologic technologist license for Virginia.
- Experience with Philips and GE biplane angiography equipment preferred.
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR preferred.
- Ability to participate in after-hours and weekend call rotations.

- Facility Type: Hospital.
- Unit: Angiography / Special Procedures (Interventional Radiology).
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0700-1730.
- Typical environment: 4-bed suite with a team of approximately 9 staff (day shift staffed by 5 RNs and 4 technologists).
- Equipment in use: Philips and GE biplane systems.
- EMR: Meditech.
- Dress code: Navy scrubs.
- Call requirements: After-hours and weekend on-call responsibilities required.
