Kitchen Manager / Chef

This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or BOH Manager in full-service restaurants. Applications without this experience will not be considered.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Kitchen Manager leads the team in day-to-day culinary execution while upholding the highest standards of food quality, safety, and compliance.

This role is responsible for:

• Leading BOH execution during daily service
• Upholding and enforcing DOH safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
• Coaching the team and upholding food to the highest standards
• Training and developing all BOH team members
• Taking ownership of kitchen facilities, equipment, and organization

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution, standards, and team development.

Compensation: $23–$26/hour, salary offered to the right candidate.
