Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Create visually appealing plate presentations
• Execute various cooking techniques such as pasta, sautéing, broiling, and seafood preparation
• Utilize scratch cooking methods to ensure fresh and flavorful dishes
• Work efficiently on the line to meet service demands

Required Skills:

• Menu execution
• Plate presentation techniques
• Proficiency in various cooking methods
• Knife skills and food quality control
• Degree in Culinary Arts or related field

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in dessert, soup, sauce, pastry, and salad preparation
• Knowledge of a la carte cooking and portion control
• Previous experience in busy kitchens

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $40,000.00

Maximum Salary: $50,000.00
