Plant Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform service, repair, and preventive maintenance on ready-mix plant equipment
• Travel regularly between multiple plant locations to support maintenance operations.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and implement effective solutions.
• Execute routine inspections, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Support fabrication and welding tasks as needed to maintain and improve plant equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical components.
• Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or related field.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment issues efficiently.
• Welding and fabrication skills preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
