10+ years of supervisory experience leading crews in the field
Proven ability to run large-scale commercial or industrial jobs

What Makes You Stand Out
You don’t wait to be told — you anticipate and act
You can manage multiple priorities without losing control of the job
You hold people accountable and develop them
You’re just as comfortable talking to leadership as you are walking the field
Work Environment
Active construction sites (heat, cold, heights, confined spaces)
Physical work, including lifting, climbing, and operating equipment
Use of PPE and adherence to strict safety standards
Why Enterprise Solutions
Large, complex projects that actually challenge you
