Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely estimates for commercial construction projects
• Conduct take-offs and prepare pre-construction documents
• Create punch out lists and manage change orders
• Collaborate with the team to develop scope of work and project timelines
• Review and analyze construction documentation and blueprints

Required Skills:

• Experience in commercial construction  projects
• Ability to manage submittals, preconstruction tasks, and structural design
• Knowledge of bidding processes, project controls, and request for information (RFI)
• Strong skills in scope development and construction management

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $52,000.00
Maximum Salary: $75,000.00
