Veterinary Receptionist

Veterinary Ophthalmology Specialty Practice, located in St. Louis Park Minnesota  is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a member of our clinic, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the top-tier care we provide for animal eye health. Daily Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and checking in clients and their pets
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar
  • Assisting with client education on treatment plans and medications
  • Handling phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Assisting with administrative tasks to support the clinic's operations
  • Collecting payments at end of visit
  • Medical Records

Required Skills:

  • Experience with  front desk operations of veterinary clinics
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
  • Team Player
  • Focus on client and patient comfort

Salary and Benefits:

The Veterinary Receptionist position at Veterinary Ophthalmology Specialty Practice offers a competitive salary range of $48,000.00 to $52,000.00 annually, based on experience ($24.00-$26.00/hr). In addition, we provide health insurance, dental insurance, 401(k) options, vacation leave, sick leave, holiday pay, and paid time off.

Veterinary Ophthalmology Specialty Practice is a state-of-the-art clinic located in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases in small animals. We provide a full range of ophthalmic referral care exclusively for veterinary needs. Our dedicated team focuses on delivering top-tier care for animal eye health. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, catering to the needs of local veterinarians and pet owners. Hours of work for this position are 645am-430pm M-Thursday with one hour break for lunch and 645am-noon on Friday.
