Sanitation Supervisor

• Supervise sanitation crew during night shift operations.
• Oversee equipment disassembly, cleaning, sanitization, and reassembly.
• Ensure proper staffing and shift coverage.
• Enforce safety policies and lead scheduled safety meetings.
• Conduct coaching sessions and support employee development.
• Prepare and submit nightly sanitation reports.
• Monitor sanitation efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Conduct accident investigations and maintain safety documentation.
• Manage employee time records and attendance.
• Maintain training documentation for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and HACCP requirements.
• Monitor GMPs and enforce company policies.

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in sanitation within the food industry.
• Familiarity with USDA and OSHA regulations required.
• Degree in Meat or Agricultural Science preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with CIP systems, chemical handling, and industrial equipment cleaning.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments and overnight hours.
