- Supervise sanitation crew during night shift operations.
- Oversee equipment disassembly, cleaning, sanitization, and reassembly.
- Ensure proper staffing and shift coverage.
- Enforce safety policies and lead scheduled safety meetings.
- Conduct coaching sessions and support employee development.
- Prepare and submit nightly sanitation reports.
- Monitor sanitation efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Conduct accident investigations and maintain safety documentation.
- Manage employee time records and attendance.
- Maintain training documentation for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and HACCP requirements.
- Monitor GMPs and enforce company policies.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in sanitation within the food industry.
- Familiarity with USDA and OSHA regulations required.
- Degree in Meat or Agricultural Science preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with CIP systems, chemical handling, and industrial equipment cleaning.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in refrigerated environments and overnight hours.
