Summit Skilled Solutions is hiring Lead Carpenters/Foremen for projects in and around Cleveland.* We are looking for a Lead Carpenters/Foremen* with a minimum of 7 years commercial carpentry experience and a minimum of 3 years running jobs from ground up. Qualified candidates will have experience with all the aspects of commercial carpentry including metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, metals doors, siding, etc. Applicants should be knowledgeable in their respective trade as well as jobsite safety. OSHA 10 preferred but not mandatory. Only local, qualified candidates will be considered.

Lead Carpenter/Foreman Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of local building codes
• 5+ Years of experience in Lead Carpenter/Superintendent role
• 5-10 Years self-performing all aspects of commercial carpentry
• New construction (ground up) and remodel exp preferred
• Read prints and effectively execute Build outs, Steel Stud structures, Dry Wall, Etc
• Mathematical Skills to complete complex carpentry tasks with minimal supervision
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Lead Carpenter/Foreman Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a Foreman on ground up projects
• 7+ years commercial carpentry experience
• Ability to read and interpret commercial prints
• Must own the tools of the trade
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• A Valid drivers license and reliable transportation is a must

Commercial Lead Carpenter/Foreman Compensation:

• $36-$38/hr BOE
• Paid weekly
• PTO/holidays
