We are currently seeking motivated Bilingual Automotive Sales Associates to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who are fluent in English and Spanish and enjoy helping a diverse customer base find the right vehicle for their needs.

Offering a $3000 sign on bonus for 5 year expierence sales associates, that stay for 6 months!! 

Key Responsibilities
    •    Assist both English- and Spanish-speaking customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
    •    Provide a professional and welcoming experience for all customers
    •    Help customers identify vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget
    •    Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
    •    Maintain strong knowledge of vehicle features, inventory, and current promotions
    •    Follow up with customers and prospects through phone, email, and text communication
    •    Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business
    •    Work with the finance department to complete vehicle purchases
    •    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
    •    Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets
    •    Participate in ongoing dealership training and sales meetings

Qualifications
    •    Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
    •    Strong communication and customer service skills
    •    Professional appearance and positive attitude
    •    Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    •    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    •    Sales experience is a plus but not required
    •    Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
