Offering a $3000 sign on bonus for 5 year expierenced sales associates, that stay for 6 months.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs
• Provide information on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
• Conduct test drives and walk customers through the sales process
• Negotiate pricing and finalize sales transactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of automotive sales and financing processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with I-CAR Certification
• Knowledge of CCC One and Audatex software
• Previous experience in internet sales
