We are a Civil Litigation Firm with a myopic focus on Creditors Rights. We represent institutional clients in Plaintiffs litigation, contract law, and judgment execution. We are expanding rapidly and increasing caseload. We are actively seeking attorneys to join our litigation team to help push a record volume of cases through the Florida court system. Over the past 20 years we have grown to become one of the busiest law firms in the USA!

Job Duties:

• Maintain an active caseload working toward resolution or judgment
• Work with support staff to prepare cases for contested litigation
• Attend hearings and report results
• Review evidence, pleadings, motions, answers, and all necessary information for ongoing case preparation

Ideal candidate MUST:

~ Be able to cover hearings, mediations and trials (experience necessary)

~ Be familiar with matters involving debt and contract disputes

~ Be licensed in GA (other state bars are welcomed, but must have active GA bar)

~ Be able to manage a high caseload by understanding case management systems, evidentiary reviews, organization, and procedural necessities

~ Have a clean background

~ Be a TEAM player
