Responsibilities

• Wood framing for custom residential homes

• Layout and framing of floors, walls, and roof systems

• Installation of shear walls, beams, posts, and structural hardware

• Reading and understanding construction plans and details

• Working safely and efficiently as part of a framing crew

• Maintaining high quality workmanship and job site safety

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years framing experience

• Ability to read construction plans

• Experience with structural framing and hardware installation

• Own basic tools and tool belt

• Reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
