The Center Administrator Assistant supports the Center Administrator in overseeing professional and support staff who provide outpatient care. This role follows established guidelines, uses independent judgment to solve basic problems, and collaborates with management and specialists to select appropriate methods and approaches. The position reports directly to the Center Administrator.
The Center Administrator Assistant implements staffing plans and facility policies, collaborates with the care team for optimal patient outcomes, and manages daily schedules and operations. This role oversees support and technical staff, ensures consistent execution across the team, and provides performance feedback to management.

- Provide administrative support (typing, filing, etc.)
- Prepare productivity and other reports for the Center Administrator
- Participate in marketing events
- Oversee special projects and communicate updates to staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Submit time sheets and HR forms
- Manage phones, logs, daily reporting, and meeting schedules
- Review center statistics and maintain goals
- Open and close the center
- Process reports in Data Hub (EDAPS, HEDIS), assist with employee management, and support learning the Administrator's role
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years supervisory/leadership experience in healthcare
- Experience in managed care contracting or provider relations
- Compassionate patient care; adherence to company policies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- 4+ years supervisory experience
- Associate's degree
- Experience with elderly patients
- Familiarity with Athena EMR system
