Our client is a small animal hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their growing team. The practice provides comprehensive care for companion animals and is known for its supportive clientele, strong community presence, and commitment to work-life balance. Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm and Saturday from 7:30am to 12:30pm, with Sundays closed. Most doctors average a 3.75-day work week and enjoy a three-day weekend every other weekend. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will examine and treat companion animals to determine the nature of disease or injury, operate diagnostic equipment, collect and interpret diagnostic samples, advise pet owners on preventative care and treatment options, perform surgery, prescribe medications, provide end-of-life counseling, maintain medical records, and ensure compliance with veterinary ethics and regulations. The role is open to veterinarians of all experience levels, offering an excellent opportunity for new graduates to gain broad clinical exposure while also supporting experienced doctors in utilizing and expanding their existing skillsets.

Practice Details
The hospital offers preventative health services, dentistry, imaging and laboratory services, pain management, pharmacy services, surgery, hospitalization, chemotherapy, grooming, daycare, boarding, and laser therapy. The facility features an advanced surgical suite capable of performing laser, soft tissue, and orthopedic procedures. Imaging services include X-rays and ultrasound, allowing for non-invasive evaluation of internal structures, fractures, organ conditions, tumors, and pregnancy. Laser surgery is available for soft tissue procedures, supporting reduced bleeding, swelling, and post-operative discomfort. Therapeutic laser services are also offered to reduce inflammation, alleviate pain, and accelerate tissue repair. Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
