Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking a Veterinarian to join their well-established small animal practice with exotic pet care. This full-time opportunity is open to veterinarians of all experience levels, with mentorship available for new graduates and support for those looking to continue developing their clinical skills. The hospital provides care for dogs, cats, and a wide range of exotic species, delivering comprehensive medical and surgical services within a collaborative and compassionate environment.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Wednesday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm. The clinic is closed on Sundays. This is a full-time position designed to promote work-life balance within a supportive team structure. Urgent cases are seen during regular business hours, with after-hours and weekend emergencies referred externally.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Veterinarian will examine animals to assess their health, diagnose medical conditions, treat wounds, perform surgery, test for and vaccinate against diseases, prescribe medication, and advise owners on general care and treatment plans. Surgical responsibilities include spaying, neutering, and soft tissue procedures, with the option to utilize advanced laser surgery techniques that support reduced pain, less bleeding, and faster recovery. The role also includes operating diagnostic equipment such as digital radiology and ultrasound, and working collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality care. All levels of experience will be considered, and this is a strong opportunity for a new graduate seeking structured mentorship. Experience with exotics is preferred but not required.

Practice Details
This well-established hospital offers wellness care, dental care, surgical services, exotic pet care, diagnostics, end-of-life care, laboratory services, microchipping, nutrition counseling, pharmacy services, and urgent care. The facility is equipped with digital radiology, ultrasound, tonometry, in-house blood analyzers, surgical and therapy lasers, echocardiography capabilities, and electronic medical records. Advanced imaging services include radiographs and ultrasound for evaluation of internal organs and structures, as well as in-house echocardiograms for cardiac assessment. The hospital emphasizes patient comfort, client education, and clear communication throughout medical and surgical procedures, fostering long-term relationships within the community.

The hospital team includes three DVMs supported by a collaborative veterinary team focused on delivering compassionate, high-quality care. Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
