Immediate Need

Spring Gardens Landscaping & Horticultural Services is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead one of our maintenance crews and ensure the properties we care for are maintained to the high standards our clients expect.

This is a leadership position for someone who understands professional landscaping, takes pride in quality work, and knows how to keep a crew organized, efficient, and productive.

This position is intended for experienced landscape professionals who have led a crew or taken responsibility for job quality. 

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a 2–4 person landscape maintenance crew
• Ensure all properties meet Spring Gardens’ quality standards
• Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including:
    • Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
    • Shrub and hedge pruning
    • Bed maintenance, mulching, and weeding
    • Spring and fall cleanups
• Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment organized and well maintained
• Communicate with management regarding schedules, materials, and job progress
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment for the crew

Qualifications

• 3+ years professional landscaping experience
• Crew leader or foreman experience preferred
• Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment
• Valid driver’s license (truck and trailer experience is a plus)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable and able to lead by example
