Spring Gardens Landscaping & Horticultural Services is seeking Landscape Maintenance Crew Members to join our team and work alongside a crew led by an experienced foreman to maintain the high-quality properties our clients expect.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in a job well done, and wants to be part of a professional landscaping team. Crew members play an important role in helping ensure properties are maintained to the high standards Spring Gardens is known for.

Important:
This position is intended for individuals who are motivated, dependable, and willing to work as part of a team under a crew foreman. Prior landscaping experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a 2–4 person landscape maintenance crew under the direction of a foreman
• Assist in maintaining properties to Spring Gardens’ quality standards
• Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including:
    • Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
    • Shrub and hedge pruning
    • Bed maintenance, mulching, and weeding
    • Spring and fall cleanups
• Assist in keeping trucks, trailers, and equipment organized and maintained
• Follow foreman direction to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely
• Maintain a positive and productive team environment

Qualifications

• Landscaping experience preferred but not required
• Ability to operate or learn to operate commercial landscaping equipment
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
