Position: Estimator

We are seeking a highly experienced, self-motivated Estimator with 3+ years of estimating experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works independently with minimal supervision, and takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and leadership.

You’ll play a key role in both estimating and project execution, with real influence over project outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare accurate, detailed estimates using Bluebeam and other takeoff tools
• Manage projects from bid through closeout
• Review drawings, specifications, and scopes to identify risks and cost-saving opportunities
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet budgets and schedules
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project schedules
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress align with plans

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of estimating experience
• Strong knowledge of:
• Metal framing
• Wood framing
• Drywall installation
• Standard Carpentry Finishes
• Proficiency in Bluebeam
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $90,000–$120,000 (based on experience)
• Performance-based bonuses
