Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary: $300,000 - $375,000 + performance pay up to $15,000

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Call Coverage: First call to on-call resident; backup home call shared among 3 providers (rare to be called in)
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive urologic care, including diagnosis and treatment of:
? Urolithiasis
? Voiding dysfunction
? Prostate disorders
? Erectile dysfunction
? Urologic malignanciesPerform outpatient procedures: cystoscopies , prostate biopsies , urodynamic studies
Participate in tumor boards, committees, and quality assurance programs
Supervise and teach residents and medical students
Maintain a caseload of 10-12 patients per day
Qualifications
MD/DO degree
Board Eligible/Board Certified in Urology
U.S. Citizenship
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to patient safety and High-Reliability Organization principles
Comfortable supervising and teaching learners
