Job Description


Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee daily construction operations on assigned projects

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies

  • Monitor project schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines

  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders

  • Maintain project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates

  • Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively and recommend and implement corrective action.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements

  • Manage material deliveries and site logistics

  • Needs to be willing to travel if needed
  • Resolve complaints with property owners in areas where our personnel are working.
  • Coordinate scheduling and ensure adequate staffing.
  • Assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to the lead technicians.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of construction supervisory experience (commercial/residential/industrial as applicable)

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in construction management software preferred

  • OSHA certification preferred

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift weight up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to carry and climb a 28' ladder from truck to pole and/or house.
  • Ability to work in all kinds of weather conditions.
  • Walking, sitting, kneeling & crouching.
  • Driving.
