Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure that all construction projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in managing subcontractors, schedules, and jobsite safety. Proficiency in Procore for daily reporting and documentation is required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project schedules and plans.

  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections to maintain smooth workflow.

  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.

  • Conduct regular quality control inspections and address issues promptly.

  • Maintain accurate daily reports, photos, and project documentation in Procore.

  • Collaborate with Project Managers to review progress, resolve conflicts, and implement schedule adjustments.

  • Manage site logistics, including deliveries, equipment, and manpower allocation.

  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, inspectors, and vendors.

  • Lead by example and uphold company standards for professionalism and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.

  • Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software required.

  • Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and building codes.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to projects across Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
