Job Description
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Train tool room personnel. (Travel to sites)
•Train on Daily Job Functions. (Receiving Packages, Offload, Torque verification/logs, Tool Certs).
•Stock Toolroom with tooling with “Typical” tool quantities.
•Work with Trade Superintendents on tool quantities.
•Maintain and restock Tool Conex inventory.
•Help build new Tool Conex’s.
•Train tool room personnel on tool inventory software. (Checking in/out of tooling).
•Help with creating new processes and innovative ideas to streamline the tool room.
•Inventory tool rooms from finished projects and restock to “typical” tool quantities.
•Working with procurement/vendors on tool calibration and tool repair /warranty.
Physical Requirements
- Must comply with client safety requirements (e.g., clean-shaven, long sleeves, steel-toe boots).
- Must pass a physical exam if required.
- Able to:
- Climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, and stairways.
- Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at heights or in confined spaces (e.g., towers, vessels, excavations).
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (Use assistance for heavier loads).
- Stand or walk for extended periods on uneven surfaces (dirt, concrete, asphalt, mud, gravel).
- Must be able to wear a respirator and other PPE when required.
Work Location
- Industrial construction sites and/or fabrication shops.
Mobility Barriers
- Uneven ground
- Obstructed pathways
- Work at low/high elevations
- Confined workspaces
Environmental Conditions
- Predominantly outdoor work
- Exposure to:
- Extreme heat or cold
- Humidity, rain, and other weather conditions
- Loud noise from tools and machinery
- Potential chemical exposure
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
•High School Diploma or GED preferred.
•Minimum 2 years of inventory experience.
•Up to 2 years of facilitated training experience.
PREFERRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
•Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.

•Proven ability to multi-task.
•Knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office and Excel.
•Current/valid driver’s license required.

•Salary $65,000 - $80,000 annually, dependent on experience, qualifications, and competencies.
